The Candlestick Point – Hunters Point Shipyard Phase II Project consists of a development project and amendments of the Bayview Hunters Point (“BVHP”) Redevelopment Plan and Hunters Point Shipyard (“HPS”) Redevelopment Plan. The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco will consider the proposed amendments to the BVHP Redevelopment Plan and HPS Redevelopment Plan on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 and Tuesday, August 3, 2010.

Environmental Impact Report
The Final Environmental Impact Report (“EIR”) on the Candlestick Point – Hunters Point Shipyard Phase II Project was certified by the Agency Commission and Planning Commission on Thursday, June 3, 2010. On Tuesday, July 13, 2010, the Board of Supervisors affirmed the certification of the Final EIR by the Planning Commission.
